This date is way too specific and too soon to be a place holder. To get to the point, what BelaidKL is saying here is pretty solid.
#The black masses game pre order code
I can actually add weight to this rumor, I actually worked on the pre-order system way back when Gamestation was first acquired by Game and by looking at the code system in the image above, it hasn't changed.

The pre-orders have now been cancelled by GAME. Let's hope an official reveal comes along sooner rather than later, because this is getting a little ridiculous. This time to December 31st 2021.Īfter the previous two dates have entered circulation, I think this one is looking like an absolutely blatant placeholder, until the information is officially ready by EA and Bioware, and revealed.Īs I've maintained throughout these updates, take each of these dates with a grain of salt, this one especially! In another stunning development the date on the app has changed again. or they've amended this to correctly reflect the actual date, after Shinobi confirmed the release would not be happening on the 29th of September.Īgain, take this date with a grain of salt until we get an official confirmation. The release date for my pre-order on the app has just changed to show a release date of the 30th of October.Īgain, this could just be placeholder. Shinobi is maintaining that the title and release date of the game are incorrect on the listing, but the overall listing is real. U/SnooPeripherals3898 has passed on a link to a resetera forum post, in which insider Shinobi has validated the information in this post. I think it's likely that GAME may have taken this listing off their pre-order list until the official announcement is made, given that over the weekend this information has been picked up by multiple news outlets. The release date on the order is still showing as Sept 29th.

My order is still showing up within the "my pre-orders" section of the app, and hasn't been cancelled. I've heard from a few other people who've tried to make pre-orders, in store, at GAME over the past day with no luck. However, based on information in this thread from u/BelaidKL, u/surqle and u/Pixel-Moo, the date of the 29th of September may not be placeholder, and could very well be legitimate.

While myself and others have been able to pre-order the title, we won't know if this date is accurate until an official reveal. Remember, with no official reveal yet, please take all the information here on face value. I guess at this point we will have to wait and see until we get something official. Given that these insiders have also stressed it's a strictly current gen release, I think that a release window before November would make a lot of sense. At a guess, retailers may not have finalised information until it has been made official. I feel like the release date and title, ("N7"), are simply old and placeholder, based on the fact that insiders like Shinobi have said they're incorrect. The read more link on the app generates this URL for the GAME website, which is for an empty page: See attached photos of the pre-order receipts, and a screenshot of the pre-orders section of the GAME UK app. The date provided is exactly the same, Sept 29th. Much to my surprise, after asking at the desk, and the attendant checking a store list on a tablet (seemingly identical to the one leaked) I was able to pre-order the game. Naturally, as a UK resident, with a GAME nearby, I thought I'd see if there was any validity. While this information on this list is likely old and placeholder, it appears to come from a real store list from UK retailer GAME.Ī couple of days ago a UK user on the Mass Effect subreddit claimed that they managed to pre-order the Remaster from said retailer:

This image has appeared in several articles, claiming to be a leaked release date: Recently, an image has been doing the rounds, showing a supposed list of games, featuring the Mass Effect Remaster with a release date slated for September 29th.
